Oasthouse Loft is a top-quality self-catering holiday home in a stunning rural location on our working farm in Northiam, near Battle, Hastings and Rye. For a historic holiday cottage in central Rye, we can offer Landgate Cottage, a cosy town house which looks out over the famous Landgate Arch and has been beautifully restored to retain its traditional period features.

Whether you want to surround yourself in silence deep in the countryside or explore the cobbled streets of the smugglers town of Rye, one of our holiday cottages will provide you with the perfect holiday break.

Oasthouse Loft

The Oasthouse Loft offers some of the most spectacular countryside in The Garden of England. With 360-degree panoramic views across pristine grass and woodland, on the border of Kent and East Sussex, near the village of Northiam, it is easily accessible yet perfectly secluded.

With a modern layout and design, the self-catering Oasthouse Loft sleeps two (plus two on a sofa-bed) and has a wood-burning stove that makes it cosy and characterful as a country cottage.
